"I started learning handstands in 2021 through covid and an aspiration to learn cool party tricks, further inspired by my Grandad’s gymnastics background and my love for calisthenics. What started as a cool idea turned into a passion that pushed me physically, taught me patience (and a bunch about life too... really!). It has also connected me with an incredible community, including getting to train with my original inspiration, Dylan Werner and then with Cirque Du Soleil artist Nicolas Montes De Oca in Mexico as part of a handstand intensive retreat.

Handstands are more than a skill - they’re a fun way to build strength, improve body awareness, explore and design creative sequences, feel better, mobilise and challenge yourself. Therefore I started hosting my own workshops: to share what I’ve learned and help others experience these benefits.

These workshops aren’t just about learning handstands - they’re about building confidence, connecting with others, learning what is actually important in a handstand and relevant training and... learning cool tricks.
