I also specialize in event preparation, such as Hyrox, with targeted training for conditioning, stamina, and achieving your best results.

 

For those outside Manchester, virtual training is available to support you in reaching your fitness goals, wherever you are.

  • Session Duration: Each session lasts 1 hour, designed to help you achieve your specific fitness goals. Whether you're focusing on weight training, or preparing for events like Hyrox, calisthenics, handstands or a combination, the sessions will be tailored to target your unique needs. Schedule a free consultation to discuss your goals and how we can customize your training to help you reach them.

  • Warm-Up: Every session begins with a targeted warm-up designed to prepare your body for the workout ahead. We’ll focus on mobility and relevant body preparation to ensure you’re ready for calisthenics exercises, weight training, and high-intensity workouts safely and effectively.
     

  • Skill Development: The focus of each session—about 40 minutes—is on developing specific skills aligned with your fitness goals. Whether it's mastering handstands, progressing through calisthenics moves, or building endurance for events like Hyrox, we'll work at a pace that challenges you while helping you build a strong foundation.
     

  • Practice Program: After each session, you’ll receive a personalized practice plan summarizing the techniques and exercises we covered. This plan will help you continue improving, stay on track with your training, and prepare for the next stage of your fitness journey.

"My fitness journey has been defined by embracing challenges and striving for growth. Competing in the 2023 Hyrox World Championships in Manchester was a standout moment, where I placed 75th out of 168 in Men’s Doubles and separately a best time of 57:57. Earlier in my journey, I qualified for the European Powerlifting Championships at the British Powerlifting Union (BPU) British Finals in 2017, achieving a total lift score of 500kg.
 

These milestones reflect my passion for pushing limits, building strength, and continually improving. Fitness, for me, is about more than competition—it’s about discipline, resilience, and unlocking potential. Through personalized training, I aim to help others set ambitious goals, overcome challenges, and achieve their best."
