What to Expect:

  • Session Duration: Each session lasts 1 hour, designed to help you steadily progress in your calisthenics skills. Developing strength, control, and precision takes time and consistent practice, but the process is both rewarding and empowering. Schedule a free consultation to discuss your goals and how we can tailor the training to suit you.
     

  • Warm-Up: Every session begins with a targeted warm-up to prepare your body for calisthenics training. We’ll focus on activating key areas such as your wrists, shoulders, and core to ensure you’re ready to perform safely and effectively.

  • Skill Development: The core of each session—roughly 40 minutes—is dedicated to practicing calisthenics skills suited to your level, from fundamental strength and balance exercises to advanced movements like planches or levers.

  • Practice Program: After each session, you’ll receive a personalized practice plan outlining the key techniques and drills we covered, helping you reinforce progress and prepare for the next stage of your journey.

BEGINNER

  • Foundational Strength: Mastering bodyweight exercises like push-ups, pull ups, dish hold, single leg work.
     

  • Core Activation: Developing a strong core through exercises such as hollow body holds and leg raises.
     

  • Flexibility & Mobility: Improving range of motion in shoulders, hips, and wrists to prevent injury.
     

  • Basic Skills: Learning proper form for beginner relevant to you.
     

  • Body Awareness: Understanding balance and control through drills like static holds, banded assistance and wall-assisted exercises.​​​

  • Progressing Basics: Building upon our basic exercises with more challenging variations, increasing volumes.

  • Static Holds: Building strength and endurance with skills like elbow levers and advanced plank variations.

  • Dynamic Movements: Working on explosive exercises like plyometric push-ups or fast exertions.

  • Endurance Training: Performing longer sets and circuits to improve stamina and conditioning.

  • High-Skill Movements: Mastering advanced skills such as muscle-ups, front levers, back levers, and planches.
     

  • Handstand Mastery: Perfecting freestanding handstands and progressing to handstand push-ups.
     

  • Strength & Control: Developing superhuman strength with one-arm pull-ups, one-arm push-ups, and pistol squats.
     

  • Dynamic Transitions: Combining advanced moves into fluid sequences, like transitioning between levers and extensive positions.
     

  • Injury Prevention: Focusing on advanced mobility, flexibility, and recovery techniques to support intense training.

ONLINE/IN-PERSON/hybrid
